Shipping & Delivery Information

OxBox offers several shipping and delivery options depending on your location, order size, and project requirements.

Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight shipping is available for smaller orders that do not require a full trailer. Orders are securely palletized and shipped through a commercial freight carrier selected by the manufacturer.

Full Truckload (FTL) shipping is available for large orders or projects requiring dedicated transportation. FTL shipments are coordinated directly by the manufacturer to ensure efficient delivery and handling.

Customers may arrange Will Call pickup directly from the manufacturer or designated warehouse location. Pickup instructions and scheduling details will be provided once your order is ready.

Shipping and delivery timelines vary based on product availability, manufacturing lead times, destination, and freight carrier scheduling. Estimated delivery information will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required at the time of purchase to begin order processing and manufacturing.

The remaining 50% balance, along with all applicable freight and shipping charges, is due upon receipt of the order and prior to final delivery release unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Freight costs are calculated separately based on shipment size, destination, and delivery method. Final freight charges will be provided before shipment coordination.

OxBox accepts approved payment methods as outlined during the ordering process. Additional payment instructions may be provided for commercial or large-volume orders.

Warranty Information

OxBox products are manufactured to meet high standards of quality and durability. We stand behind our products and workmanship under the following warranty terms.

OxBox warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service conditions for a period specified at the time of purchase or as otherwise provided in writing.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Defects in materials
  • Workmanship issues occurring under normal intended use

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Damage caused during third-party transportation or handling after delivery acceptance
  • Environmental conditions, accidents, or acts of nature

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

  • Original proof of purchase
  • Order or invoice number
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting photos, if applicable

Warranty claims should be submitted promptly after the issue is discovered.

If a product is determined to be covered under warranty, OxBox may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the defective component or product
  • Provide an alternative resolution deemed appropriate

OxBox’s liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective products. OxBox is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use, installation, or delays.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • 2 Yard = about 1 pickup load
  • 3–4 Yard = about 2–3 pickup loads
  • 5+ Yard = larger bulk handling applications

Most standard forklifts can safely operate an OxBox hopper when matched to the hopper’s loaded weight capacity. Always verify your forklift’s rated lifting capacity before use.

Yes. Select models may be equipped with optional caster kits for easier mobility within warehouses, shops, and industrial facilities.

As the forklift tilts the mast just a few degrees forward the OxBox will tip and the unique self-locking mechanism will release the door.  Simply tilt the mast back or lower to the ground and the OxBox will reset and the door is locked.

Yes. Custom sizing/dimensions, fork pocket dimensions, casters, lids, and specialty finishes may be available upon request.
